A growing portfolio of residential projects in Dublin has created an opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project delivery team. The successful candidate will support the development of robust programmes, monitor project performance, and contribute to effective planning across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed contract and project programmes, including the preparation of monthly progress reports.
- Track and analyse progress trends, outputs, and resource performance to support informed decision‑making.
- Manage all scheduling and reporting activities for tenders and active projects.
- Work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams on all programme‑related tasks.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct short‑ and medium‑term planning reviews to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Evaluate and propose alternative construction approaches to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant third‑level qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in a planning or scheduling role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. xcfaprz
