Responsibilities
The client wants to achieve the following by the new digital undertaking system:
Consistent, automated application of sponsorship rules across all units and personnel
Real-time visibility into both individual xcfaprz obligations and organisation-wide financial liabilities
A complete audit trail of every approval action for governance and compliance
Data centralization start point for future data warehouse building
