The Embedded Engineer role exists to support customers in the critical period after CAV, ensuring stable, reliable line performance and helping build the customer’s operational and maintenance capability.

• 
  
• Plan, oversee and manage activities on site.
  
• Communication with customer and maintenance project manager.
  
• Manage on site stock and spare parts.
  
• TPM approach to do RCA with the 2 FSE below.
  
• Troubleshooting (adjustments, part replacement…).
  
• Routine Maintenance.
  
• Overhaul Maintenance (as part of the additional FSEs we send on the line).
  
• Predictive maintenance à for example refurbishment of filling valves on site
  

• 
  
• Strong customer‑facing communication skills.
  
• Ability to guide and influence without taking over the customer’s responsibilities.
  
• Coaching mindset with hands‑on mentoring capabilities. xcfaprz
  
• High adaptability, especially where customer expectations diverge from Sidel’s embedded model.
  
• English speaker
