I am working exclusively with a well-established business based in Kildare who are looking to appoint a Financial Controller reporting directly to the CFO and leading a team of 6.
The business has experienced strong growth, scaling to €100m turnover in recent years, with plans to reach €150m.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on group tax, ERP systems and supporting live project environments.
The environment is fast-moving, with contracts that can pause, restart and evolve, so they need someone who can adapt quickly, stay close to operations and maintain strong financial control.
