This is an on-site, full-time position based in Sligo for a Trainee Manager. The Trainee Manager will assist in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards across departments. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, monitoring store performance, and implementing strategies.

• Previous experience in a retail environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
