Job Description

Join our dynamic team for an exciting Interior Design Internship opportunity! We're seeking enthusiastic and innovative design students to participate in our Summer 2025 Program. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment while working on cutting-edge interior design projects. Assist senior designers in developing creative concepts for residential and commercial spaces Contribute to the creation of mood boards, material selections, and color schemes Participate in client meetings and presentations to gain real-world experience Help with space planning and furniture layouts using industry-standard software Collaborate with team members on various aspects of ongoing projects Research current design trends and sustainable practices to incorporate into projects Assist in preparing design presentations and project documentation Shadow experienced designers to learn about project management and client relations TO BE CONSIDERED, SUBMIT A CURRENT PORTFOLIO AND/OR WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMAT*

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong sketching and rendering abilities to communicate design concepts effectively Knowledge of color theory and space planning principles Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new design challenges Familiarity with current interior design trends and sustainable design practices Previous design projects or relevant coursework demonstrating creativity and innovation Flexibility to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, and the ability to work well with a Global team.

The hourly for this position is anticipated to range between

$26.75- $30.00 . This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
