Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Channel Sales leader for the Americas to drive product growth through Comviva's partnership with TechMahindra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with over 14 years of experience, particularly in closing product business in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Growth of Products for Telecom Clients in North America:
You will take charge of initiatives aimed at increasing the sales of our products to telecommunications companies in this region.
Build and Maintain Strong Relationships:
It will be your responsibility to establish and maintain connections with our channel sales partners (TechM) and key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and success.
Develop and Foster Customer Connections:
You will work to create and strengthen relationships with customers, helping them through the sales process to achieve successful closures.
Collaborate on Value Propositions:
You will work with team members to create appealing value propositions for our BSS (Business Support Systems) and MarTech (Marketing Technology) solutions. These proposals should align with our customers' goals, such as increasing revenue, monetizing assets, and driving digital transformation.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
Keeping up with the latest trends, market changes, and new technologies will be crucial for making informed strategic decisions and staying ahead of competitors.
Understand Comviva's Products:
A solid understanding of Comviva's current products is essential for effectively communicating their benefits to clients and partners.
Utilize Your Experience in Telecommunications:
You should have at least 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically focusing on BSS and MarTech solutions.
Manage Channel Sales and Customer Relationships:
You need to demonstrate a successful track record in managing channel sales, building customer relationships, and closing sales effectively.
Be Flexible with Work Hours:
You should be willing to adjust your working hours to collaborate with teams based at our headquarters in India, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork.
Exhibit Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation are essential. You should be able to influence others and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
