Senior Content Strategist- UX- Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay range- $60-75/hr

Day to day responsibilities: Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content for web and mobile experiences, including UI copy, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, and product narratives. Partner with UX designers, researchers, and product teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals. Use Figma to map out content flows, annotate designs, and collaborate with designers on wireframes and prototypes. Maintain content consistency by adhering to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines. Conduct content audits and recommend improvements to enhance clarity and usability. Work with accessibility experts to ensure content is inclusive and meets WCAG standards. Leverage data and user insights to inform content decisions and iterate on content strategies. Writing content guidelines Using data and analytics to develop content strategies.
