Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and design A/B tests for user experiences and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to develop algorithms that enhance click-through rates and conversion metrics. Craft compelling reports and dashboards using data science, data mining, and statistical methods. Perform essential data engineering tasks to support your analytical endeavors. Translate business needs into actionable data analysis and optimization recommendations. Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Provide high-level insights and granular segment analysis to internal teams. Leverage existing data to forecast the impact of future initiatives and recommend optimal courses of action. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, data science, or a related field. Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills a plus. Proficiency in SQL or another programming language. Meticulous attention to detail, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Exceptional data visualization and communication skills for all audience levels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
