Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Building strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business Proactively upselling products and identifying new opportunities Supporting account management and client retention Providing excellent customer service at all timesWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar role Confident and proactive on the phone Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to upsell and spot opportunities naturally Organised with good attention to detailWhat’s on Offer:
