About
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. This role involves the design and specification of electrical systems from low voltage (LV) through to 33kV, supporting projects from concept through to delivery. You will play a key role in modelling, compliance, and technical communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Understand project objectives and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Design and specify electrical installations from LV to 33kV systems. Carry out electrical system modelling including load calculations, fault level analysis, and protection coordination. Perform cable calculations to ensure safe and efficient system design. Contribute to substation design, including layout and equipment integration. Select and size appropriate switchgear for project requirements. Develop and review protection grading studies.
