Role:
You will be responsible for managing project delivery and quality, across a range of sectors.
Accountabilities:
Support all aspects of small to large complex projects (Housing estates, dwellings, Duplex units etc.)
Manage Structural requirements of projects, in accordance with client requirements and current regulations.
Manage and coordinate project resources (weekly).
Develop employees in accordance with HR policies.
Manage client expectations and attend client meetings.
Basic understanding of civil design (desirable but not necessary)
Lead a team (2-10 employees)
A recognised degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years structural design experience in the Irish/UK Construction sector.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Experience of undertaking steel, masonry and timber and concrete design to Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, Codes of Practice and Technical Standards.
Proficiency in Structural Engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla or ROBOT.
Good understanding of project lifecycles, project flows and able to organise Resources. xcfaprz
Previous management / leadership experience.
