Your New Job: In this exciting role, you will be responsible for operational performance across multiple branches, a central service hub, and a range of digital and in-person member channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily operations across branches, central hub, and digital platforms Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies Standardise service delivery while fostering strong local relationships Oversee payments, onboarding, and product support processes Drive improvements in member satisfaction and efficiency Lead and develop service-focused teams, promoting a positive culture Manage operational risk and support internal and external audits Use data-driven insights for performance reporting and process enhancement What Are We Looking For?: 5 years+ senior experience within an Irish credit union or similar banking experience In-depth knowledge of the Credit Union Act and regulatory landscape preferred Knowledge of AML/CFT, member onboarding, and payments Excellent communicator with strategic, data-driven mindset Some experience in people development preferred Relevant business or financial qualification (desirable) Apply for This Job: Apply for this job now or get in touch with Rena on for more information.
