I'm hiring a Senior TPM to take ownership of complex, cross-functional infrastructure programmes in a high-scale tech environment. This is not a coordination role - you'll be operating with real autonomy, managing ambiguity, and driving execution across multiple teams.

• Owning end-to-end delivery of technically complex programmes
  
• Bringing structure to ambiguous problems across engineering teams
  
• Driving alignment across stakeholders and influencing decisions
  
• Managing risks, dependencies, and escalations at scale
  
• Leading programme governance, communication, and execution

• Strong TPM experience in complex technical environments
  
• Background in infrastructure / networking / large-scale systems
  
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programmes

• Annual Salary up to €94,000 doe (pro-rata)
  
• 6-month contract (likely extension) - PAYE - paid weekly via PrincipleHR
  
• Location - Dublin | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
