The Role
Confidence is seeking a Business Process Engineer who will work directly with large enterprise clients to capture and document institutional knowledge using the Confidence platform. This is a client‑facing role combining process engineering and optimization with software implementation and adoption. You will join our Process Engineering team within Delivery and report to the Director of Delivery.
What you’ll do
- Work with clients to understand processes performed by stakeholders and translate them into efficient, quality‑controlled workflows in the Confidence platform.
- Become an expert user of the Confidence platform and provide live product demonstrations.
- Recommend product enhancements based on client feedback and usage.
- Identify milestones, dependencies and exception use cases; advise where specific Confidence features add value.
- Collect and organize information from multiple sources to recommend improvements and standardization.
- Train client stakeholders on effective use of the platform.
- Analyze client data and build business cases demonstrating the platform’s value.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ professional experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, business process engineering, or a related field.
- Structured and inquisitive approach with a focus on user‑friendly solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven startup environment.
- Strong organization, communication and relationship‑building skills with internal teams and external clients.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking; able to interpret and summarize data clearly; proficient in Excel. xcfaprz
