Summary:
The Desktop Support Administrator will provide onsite and remote IT support to our clients who have critical response time requirements for their business technology systems. This individual will work independently and as part of a team to analyze technical issues, address incidents, and work with the project managers on assigned projects.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
First point of contact in all computer hardware, software, and telecommunications problems and requests.
Provide customer service/help desk/technical support experience that includes migration support, MS Office, and desktop configuration.
Desktop site support - Determine the best solutions based on the issue and details provided by the customer
Provide support and resolve problems related to installed computer software.
Troubleshoot printer connection issues
Maintain support materials: edit, update, and generate support documents for Service Now Knowledge Article and IT Service Desk knowledgebase.
ctive Directory / O365 Administration, including account creation, shared mailbox creation, security group creation, and file share access
P2C account creation and reset
Password Resets for various websites/applications
Document and log incident tickets using the Service Now tracking tool.
First-level support company email on mobile devices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Active Directory / O365 Administration, including account creation, shared mailbox creation, security group creation, and file share access
Proven experience in IT service delivery, organizational management, and project management.
Expertise in ServiceNow for asset management, contract management, and IT service delivery (MANDATORY requirement).
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent strategic planning and financial management abilities.
Demonstrated ability in customer service and business process improvement.
Strong documentation and workflow management skills.
Track record of achieving zero deficiency audits and implementing effective business processes and office operations as they relate to IT.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Change Management processes and procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work with HHC corporate IT to incorporate any applicable standards across technologies.
Good oral and written communication skills
