*Duties*
* Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma to guide project execution from initiation to closure.
* Lead project teams by supervising team members, facilitating meetings, and ensuring clear communication of objectives and expectations.
* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards through tools like Microsoft Project to ensure timely delivery within scope.
* Conduct requirements gathering sessions and perform detailed requirements analysis to define project deliverables accurately.
* Implement risk management strategies by identifying potential issues early through root cause analysis and risk assessments; develop mitigation plans accordingly.
* Facilitate process mapping, business process modeling, and process management activities to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
* Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations to secure the best resources and services for project success.
* Utilize earned value management techniques to monitor project performance metrics and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Kaizen principles and Lean methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping to enhance processes.
* Support program development and portfolio management efforts by coordinating multiple projects aligned with organizational objectives.
*Requirements*
* Industrial Systems Engineer and/or equivalent Engineer.
* Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership skills in project management or program development roles.
* Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum practices.
* Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Confluence, Workday or equivalent tools for scheduling and collaboration.
* Strong skills in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, process mapping, data collection & analysis skills to inform decision-making.
* Demonstrated expertise in risk management techniques including root cause analysis and Six Sigma tools like DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure projects using tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow, Visio, Salesforce or ERP systems is highly desirable.
* Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred but not mandatory.
