Your role at Clorox: Inbounding Raw and Pack Paperwork In this role, you will: Operates forklift efficiently and safely Perform routine cycle counting to verify inventory accuracy, reconcile discrepancies and support strong inventory practices Generate accurate labels and inbounding raw and pack paperwork, ensuring proper tracking, traceability and compliance with internal procedures Provide support to receiving team as needed Utilize EWM and MES systems to execute transaction, track material movement, update inventory and support production and warehouse workflows Answering phones and communicate with drivers Help with clearing production supply area and resolving any issues that delay material flow Review and interpret the production schedule to anticipate material needs and prioritize inbound tasks Demonstrate proper lockout/tagout procedures and safely load or unload trailers to prevent injuries and maintain compliance with safety standards Demonstrate strong understanding of raw material SKUs including identification, storage requirements and usage to ensure accurate handling and inventory management Inspect incoming raw and pack materials and follow rejection processes when materials do not meet specifications Proficient in SAP/EWM/MES transactions and movements with accuracy and efficiency to maintain real-time inventory integrity Responsible for finished goods cycle counting and discrepancy investigation Other office and clerical duties as assigned such as filing, record keeping, live loading and overweight tracking, etc. What we look for: Years and Type of Experience: Forklift experience Skills and Abilities: Outstanding customer service, conflict management and problem solving skills Ability to clearly communicate ideas, give direction to other members of the PDC team, effectively train others, and interact well with others on every level of the organization Ability to prioritize multiple task and projects Ability to be responsible for safety and quality of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies Demonstrated team skills and possess strong interpersonal skills Education Level/Degree: HS graduate or GED equivalent - some college preferred Benefits we offer to help you be well and thrive: Competitive compensation Generous 401(k) program in the US and similar programs in international Health benefits and programs that support both your physical and mental well-being Flexible work environment, depending on your role Meaningful opportunities to keep learning and growing Half-day Fridays, depending on your location Clorox is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants with disabilities and disabled veterans during the hiring and interview process.
