Job Descriptions
- Lead TÜV Rheinland’s EV Battery & SLI Battery Testing and Certification Department, ensuring compliant, efficient and high‑quality delivery. 全面负责 TÜV Rheinland 动力电池（EV Battery）与 SLI 电池检测认证业务部门运营管理，确保项目交付质量、效率与符合性。
- Strengthen business development and market expansion, including key account acquisition and revenue growth. 负责业务开发与市场拓展：制定业务战略，开发重点客户，推动销售增长。
- Define annual sales and business growth targets and report progress to management. 主导年度销售目标制定与业务增长计划
- Review technical solutions and test methods to ensure compliance with IEC, UL, GB, EN and UN 38.3 standards. 审核技术方案与测试方法，确保符合 IEC、UL、GB、EN、UN38.3 等标准。
- Supervise test execution to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, CNAS/CMA and internal TÜV requirements. 监督实验室测试执行，确保符合 ISO/IEC 17025、CNAS/CMA 认可体系与 TÜV 内部要求。
- Monitor global and domestic standard updates and lead internal method development. 持续跟踪动力电池与 SLI 电池标准更新，组织方法开发及内部培训
- Support major customer projects and manage technical communication and dispute resolution. 支持重大客户项目的技术沟通与投诉处理
- Build and develop the technical and project teams. 负责团队建设，包括招聘、培养、绩效管理
- Collaborate with external bodies including CNAS, CMA, IEC CB Scheme. 维护与外部认可机构（CNAS、CMA、IEC CB等）合作关系
- Lead internal audits, management reviews and continuous improvement activities. 组织执行内审、管理评审、HSE 管控、风险评估与整改工作
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrochemistry, Battery Science, Materials, Electrical Engineering or related fields. 本科及以上学历，电化学、材料、电池科学、电气工程或相关专业
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EV/SLI battery testing, certification, R&D or quality management. 至少 5 年动力电池（EV）或 SLI 电池测试、认证、研发或质量体系经验
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership or project management experience. 至少 2 年团队管理或项目管理经验
- Familiar with EV battery standards such as IEC 62660, IEC 62619, UL 2580, UL 1973, UN 38.3, GB/T 31467, GB 38031. 熟悉 IEC 62660、IEC 62619、UL 2580、UL 1973、UN 38.3、GB/T 31467、GB 38031 等动力电池标准

- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025; CNAS/CMA audit experience preferred. 熟悉 ISO/IEC 17025，具备 CNAS/CMA 审核经验者优先
