Job Descriptions:
  • Drive market expansion and revenue growth through strategic planning, market research and competitive analysis. 通过战略规划、市场调研与竞争分析,推动市场扩张与收入增长
  • Generate and qualify high-value leads across multiple channels (cold call, email, social selling, events) to build a robust sales pipeline. 多渠道(电话、邮件、社交、展会)获取并筛选高价值线索,打造强劲销售管道
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients with compelling pitches, tailored proposals and successful negotiations. 以精准演示、定制方案与成功谈判,将潜在客户转化为长期合作伙伴
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships, alliances and joint ventures to accelerate business growth. 建立并管理战略合作、联盟与合资项目,加速业务扩张
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure aligned and effective BD execution. 与市场、产品及运营团队紧密协作,确保业务发展高效协同
  • Own the full sales cycle: track pipeline, revenue and KPIs via CRM; deliver regular performance reports to senior management. 全面负责销售周期,利用CRM跟踪管道、收入与关键指标,并定期向高层汇报业绩
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s (MBA a plus) in Business, Marketing or related. 本科以上学历,商科/市场相关专业(MBA优先)
  • 5+ years proven BD/sales record with quota achievement; TIC industry experience preferred. 5年以上业务拓展/销售经验,TIC行业背景优先,有超额完成业绩记录
  • Top-tier negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 谈判、沟通与演示能力出色
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytics & problem-solving; digital marketing & lead-gen know-how preferred. 具备战略思维与数据分析、问题解决能力,熟悉数字营销与线索获取策略的优先
  • CRM and sales analytics proficiency, self-driven. 熟练使用CRM及销售分析工具,自我驱动
Language Skills:

  • Fluent English are essential. 流利的英语听说读写能力
