Job Description• Plans, prepare and carry out audits in compliance with the accreditation requirements and standards.
• Coordinates the schedule and audit plan with the customer and, if necessary, with the auditor team
• Collects and analyze objective evidences to confirm compliance with standard requirements, regulatory requirements, company policies and practices. Ability to formulate nonconformities where is necessary.
• Records strengths, deviations, recommendations and evidence viewed.
• Creates audit documentation and audit reports.
• Prepares and explain audit findings and recommends solutions to auditee.
• To be the technical contact for auditors and evaluate auditors.
- University degree in relevant industry;
- Minimum 5 years work experience as Management Systems Auditor;
- Acting as lead auditor / auditor of at least tree Management Systems Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Any additional standards and recognitions is an advantage (ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, ISO 22000, FSCC 22000, IFS, BRC, EN 9100, 9110, 9120, ISO 37001, ASI, IATF 16949; VDA 6.x; and others);
- High degree of responsibility, flexibility and proactivity in work;
- High level of work ethics and honesty;
- Personal attributes: initiative, communication and loyalty;
- Ability of working under pressure while meeting deadlines and goals;
- Team player;
- To work under the rules of a large international company;
- Availability for business trips;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a must. German as a second language would be an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package;
- Having driving license;
