Job Descriptions
- Conduct the test and/or provide detail test plan as testing engineer 作为测试工程师进行测试和/或提供详细的测试计划
- Review the test result, write test record, prepare documentation of projects 检查测试结果，编写测试记录，准备项目文档
- Study new standard and new products 检查测试结果，编写测试记录，准备项目文档
- Provide customer consulting and sales supporting 提供客户咨询和销售支持
- Keep project tracking and IPMS/Compass updated 保持项目跟踪和IPMS/Compass的更新
- Fill up SR timely 及时填充SR
- Perform component product tests according to test plan 根据测试计划执行零部件产品测试， 按要求记录和完成测试数据文档
- Support setting up and maintain test equipment 对测试设备和环境进行维护和保养
- Report any inconsistencies in the laboratory follow and improve all HSE related implementations. 报告并改进所有与实验室HSE相关的情况和措施
- May Verify and coordinate calibration of all equipment with equipment coordinator. 可能使用并协调所有设备的校准
- Supervise any testing operation of external people or colleagues under training. 监督接受培训的外部人员或同事的任何测试操作

- Additional tasks assigned in accordance with position holder's experience/expertise by direct supervisor. 分配的其他任务
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in battery related majors, electronic/electrical engineering or similar area 大学本科以上学历，电子/电气工程专业或类似领域
- Working experience in component industry, component testing and certification industry is preferred 具有电子电气配件行业，电气配件测试和认证行业的工作经验者优先
- Familiar with different component standards is preferred 熟悉不同电气配件标准者优先

- Good at English reading, basic communication in English is necessary 能阅读并理解英文技术资料、英文标准并完成英文数据、文档和报告等，有必要用英语进行基本交流
- Familiar with MS offices 熟悉MS办公软件
- Can work under pressure and willing to learn new knowledge. 能够在压力下工作并乐于学习新知识
