*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of food quality, and managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff. Your expertise in inventory control, shift management, and culinary techniques will be essential in delivering an outstanding dining experience. Pay Range depends on experience.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
* Train new staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and POS systems.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
* Monitor food quality and presentation to meet established standards.
* Plan and execute banquet services as required.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry.
* Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
* Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
* Experience with shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
* Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
* Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory control.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
