Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Brokers Realty of CFI, located in Winter Haven, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, identifying client needs, maintaining client relationships, preparing property listings, and negotiating contracts. The role requires providing excellent customer service, market insights, and support throughout each transaction.
Qualifications
Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills Ability to understand market trends and property evaluations Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software High level of organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently Real estate license in the state of Florida is mandatory Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a similar field is preferred
