Blaze Supervisor

BLAZE is one of David Lloyd Clubs' six signature classes, renowned for being one of the most effective Boutique Studio experiences in the UK. As the BLAZE Supervisor, you will:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles.
• Manage the MYZONE community and oversee system and club reports, including H&S and compliance checks.

As a BLAZE Instructor, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA certification is required to apply for this role.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching group exercise classes.
• A passion for health and fitness, with the ability to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• A strong commitment to customer service.
