Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Train and mentor warehouse personnel.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all staff use appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination or management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
- Must be prepared to wear required PPE, including safety shoes.
