This exciting role is central to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently processing orders. You will be involved in picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment, playing a direct role in our logistics pipeline. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order details.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe arrival to customers.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to team goals and meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capability for frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics operations and warehouse safety procedures.
- Familiarity with the importance of PPE in a warehouse setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
