As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate movement of goods within our warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
