Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our logistics network as a Picker/Packer in San Antonio, Texas! We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic to join our warehouse team. As a Picker/Packer, your primary duties will involve accurately selecting items from inventory based on customer orders and meticulously packing them for shipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and efficient packing methods to protect goods during transit. You will work with various scanning tools and warehouse equipment to manage inventory effectively. Safety is our number one concern; therefore, all employees must strictly follow safety protocols and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure a secure workplace. This position involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting items up to 30 pounds. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order slips.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
  • Verify order contents against customer requirements.
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory movements.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the packing station.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Meet established productivity standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and PPE.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
