As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse, locate specified items using pick lists or scanning devices, and ensure accuracy in every selection. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. This position involves frequent Lifting and requires physical stamina and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders and specifications.
- Verify order details and item quantities.
- Organize and stage picked items for quality control and packing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse Safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using handheld scanners.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an order picking or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
