Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order tickets or scanner instructions.
- Verify product details (SKU, quantity) to ensure order accuracy.
- Use RF scanning devices to track inventory movement and update order status.
- Pack picked items securely into appropriate containers for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, free from clutter and potential hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Perform duties involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations through efficient order fulfillment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily picking targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment and technology.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime.
