Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Use handheld scanners to manage inventory and update order status.
- Verify product quantities and item numbers to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, using appropriate packing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including receiving and stocking.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
