Join our thriving logistics operation in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Picker/Packer. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in a busy warehouse environment. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from inventory and carefully pack them for shipment, ensuring they reach our customers in excellent condition. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process and our overall logistics efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all items are accounted for.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Operate scanning equipment for inventory tracking.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical condition, including the ability to perform regular lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
