Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order sheets or digital devices.
- Verify product codes and quantities.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to track inventory.
- Transport picked items to staging areas for packing and shipping.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** procedures and **PPE** guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Meet established performance metrics for picking speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or inventory issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or similar role is advantageous.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory control principles.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Willingness to wear provided **PPE**, including safety vests and shoes.
- A strong understanding and commitment to workplace **safety**.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
