Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory using WMS.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided).
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with **PPE** usage.
- Commitment to workplace **safety**.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
