Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, picking and packing orders, receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires a strong commitment to Safety protocols and the proper use of PPE .
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning equipment.
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed (certification may be required).
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and hazard prevention.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring aisles are clear and equipment is stored properly.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks for outbound shipments.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Follow all guidelines for the correct use of required PPE , including safety glasses, gloves, and footwear.
  • Be prepared for physical tasks involving significant Lifting , pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Understanding of general warehouse Logistics and operational flow.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following established procedures.
