Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role is essential to the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work. The position requires physical ability for tasks involving significant Lifting and a focus on accuracy. Your adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of PPE is critical to ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics field. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Accurately stocking inventory in designated locations.
- Picking items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Packing orders securely for shipment.
- Preparing outgoing shipments and staging them for carriers.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the distribution center.
- Assisting with inventory counts and audits.
- Following all Safety procedures and protocols.
- Using designated PPE at all times.
