Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Handle tasks requiring significant lifting and physical exertion.
- Support the overall logistics flow of goods within the facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding and adherence to workplace safety regulations.
- Willingness to wear and use PPE as required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
