We are hiring a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling warehouse operations in Madison, Wisconsin! This position is key to ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with various warehouse tasks. You’ll work with a team dedicated to meeting fulfillment goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and condition before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Understand basic logistics flow from order placement to shipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
