Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling warehouse operations in Madison, Wisconsin! This position is key to ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with various warehouse tasks. You’ll work with a team dedicated to meeting fulfillment goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
  • Inspect products for quality and condition before packing.
  • Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
  • Understand basic logistics flow from order placement to shipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
