Join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Picker/Packer! We're seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders and prepare them for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you'll be instrumental in our logistics process, ensuring that products are correctly selected and packaged to meet customer expectations. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to quality. We foster a safe work environment and expect all employees to diligently use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and enjoy an active role, this opportunity is for you. Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks as needed, following safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Meet established picking and packing productivity targets.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
