As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, transport materials, and stack products in designated areas. Your role is vital to maintaining the flow of inventory and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This position requires a strong adherence to safety protocols and a keen understanding of warehouse operations. We emphasize a secure work environment, and all employees must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires the ability to operate machinery for extended periods. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification, a minimum of one year of forklift operating experience, and a commitment to safe work practices. Responsibilities include: performing pre-operation checks on forklifts, accurately moving and staging inventory, assisting with inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
