Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our fast-paced warehouse operations. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. This role is critical to ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Your duties will involve using scanning equipment to locate products, carefully picking items, and then securely packing them for transit. A commitment to accuracy and efficiency is key. Safety is a top priority in our facility, and all employees must adhere to safety protocols, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting of items up to 35 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a fast learner, and a team player. Responsibilities include: accurately picking customer orders according to specified lists, packing items securely to prevent damage during shipping, labeling packages correctly, and maintaining an organized and clean workstation. You will also assist with inventory counts and other general warehouse duties as needed. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
