Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, ensuring safe operation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Perform regular housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Capacity for Lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
