About
Join our expanding team as a Warehouse Associate in San Jose, California! This position is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods from receipt to shipment. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing manual tasks, including significant Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the warehouse is a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, can work effectively both independently and collaboratively, and is committed to upholding our high standards of Safety. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus, and comprehensive training will be provided. Strict adherence to all Safety guidelines and the consistent use of appropriate PPE are mandatory for this role. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Store and organize inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety footwear.
- Assist with loading and preparing shipments for dispatch.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics operations is beneficial.
- Must be willing to follow Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
