We're hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in vibrant San Francisco, CA! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, focusing on the efficient handling of goods within our logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to Safety, and the physical capability for manual tasks, including regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. We are looking for individuals who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will ensure that inventory is accurately managed and that the warehouse environment is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. A strong understanding of workplace Safety procedures and the consistent use of appropriate PPE are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and use designated PPE.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support overall logistics goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including sustained Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
