As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a variety of goods. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately fulfilling customer orders, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent physical stamina, and a positive attitude. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not always required as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with manual labor, including significant Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We emphasize the importance of adhering to all Safety guidelines and wearing the necessary PPE at all times to ensure a secure working environment for everyone. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
- Assist with shipping and loading operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and gloves.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Must be able to wear PPE and follow Safety protocols.
