Datacentre Technician Dublin Responsibilities As a Datacentre Technician, your success will be measured by: Promoting a culture of safety and security in datacentre operations by following all safety programs and policies.

Building positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day work will include: Supporting deployment of on-site datacentre physical infrastructure.
Installing, replacing, and troubleshooting cables and hardware.
Handling data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, solid-state drives).
Working within a ticket-based environment.
Moving equipment using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting tools.
Assisting with shipping/receiving and inventory management when required.
Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
Experience handling or maintaining technical equipment or machinery.
Preferred: Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, Basic Structured Cabling).
Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights (with or without equipment assistance).
Strong communication skills in English (written and oral). xcfaprz
