- cā¬63.00 per hour A site based Construction Supervision secondment role in the Cork region.
The candidate should have a mechanical qualification with a strong technical knowledge and experience in supervising mechanical and piping projects on an API facility.
Experience in construction supervision with a commercial, technical and quality adherence knowledge is essential Responsible To Construction Manager Brief Description of the Job and Summary of Responsibilities The CSA Construction Supervisor is assigned to a project as a senior member of the Construction Team with responsibility for the proper and timely construction of the CSA Scope in accordance with approved best Safety and Quality standards, the detailed design, the control estimate, contract, SOPs, WIs, standards etc.
Pre-Construction duties/ responsibilities will involve: Detailed review and liaison with design and client workgroup leads, model reviews.
Prepare and lead constructability reviews across every facet of the build.
Prepare detailed SOWs for trade contract procurement.
Assist in preparation of detailed BOQs.
Review returned CSA bids and prepare TBA.
Trade and industry knowledge reviews, keeping abreast of developments in the construction industry .
Development of detailed execution strategies. xcfaprz
Input into CHSP, QA/TO and all other General Construction Requirement documentation.
Assist in schedule development, schedule reviews and lead IAPs .
Qualifications Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering .
Significant years experience in a similar role Biotech / Pharma knowledge Excellent multi-disciplinary knowledge Excellent communication skills People management skills
