Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Brampton, ON
Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 + Bonus (based on experience and education)
About the Company
Join a leading North American snack food manufacturer operating 10 production facilities across the continent. The Brampton location is home to a high-speed manufacturing and packaging operation producing a wide variety of snack products. Due to continued growth, the team has created a new 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor position to support expansion, enhance output, and drive operational improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and coach a team of maintenance technicians, setting the standard through example
- Plan and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Handle scheduling, workforce planning, hiring, and employee development for the maintenance team
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with production and engineering teams on capital projects and operational upgrades
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to keep production lines running efficiently
- Utilize CMMS and maintenance tracking tools to manage tasks, parts, and performance
What You Bring
- BS required—preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a food or cpg or closely related manufacturing environment
- Strong skills in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on, production-driven environment
- Union Experience strongly preferred
Preferred Experience
- Background in food processing, high-speed packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, slicers, ovens, freezers, conveyors, and automated packaging equipment
