Job Overview:


The Netsuite Analyst/ Junior Consultant will assist in implementing, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for cloud-based ERP systems, business process improvement, and client engagement. The Junior Consultant will work closely with principal consultants and clients to analyze requirements, configure NetSuite, and provide training and support.


Key Responsibilities:


1. NetSuite Configuration, Integration and Implementation

  • Assist in the setup, customization, integration and deployment of NetSuite ERP
  • Configure NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management based on client needs.
  • Support data migration processes, ensuring smooth data import, mapping, and validation.
  • Help with system testing and troubleshoot issues and problem solving before and after deployment.

2. Business Process Analysis & Consulting

  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions and configurations.
  • Document business processes and suggest best practices for optimization.
  • Assist in gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

3. Training & Support

  • Provide user training on NetSuite functionalities and ensure adoption.
  • Assist clients with post-go-live support, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving user queries.
  • Create training materials, user guides, and FAQs for reference.

4. Reporting & Customization

  • Develop saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
  • Assist in configuring workflows, custom fields, forms, and scripts to meet client-specific needs.
  • Support the development of SuiteScripts (if applicable) for automation and system enhancements.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work alongside principal consultants, project managers, and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate with clients to provide status updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and client presentations.

Education :

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field


Experience:

  • Minimum one year work experience in a computer programming (Coop internships or other)
  • Experience in a client/customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills and work with senior officials
  • Peterborough, Ontario, Canada
